Our Transformation Package is our TOP level package which includes ALL of our Sports and Fitness activities and Daily programs.

This package has a strong focus on the transformation of your Body and Wellbeing.

A Personal Trainer will carry out measurement tests to track your progression throughout your stay. We have a professional nutritionist that will help you in creating a unique customised Meal Plan.

Whilst staying at Fitness Retreat Thailand your diet will consist of three freshly made Meals (Per day), which will produce results faster and more effectively.

Training is given based on your preferences and personal goals, our friendly staff can help to create a personalised schedule for you. This schedule can be updated as the program progresses.

Besides this, you will have unlimited access to all group classes and facilities at our training facility.
